Our mission is to promote and scale solutions to the most pressing social, environmental and economic challenges of our time. At RESPOND, we work with entrepreneurs around the world to accelerate sustainable business models and drive innovation. For our cohort 2021, we are looking for ten entrepreneurs.

We support innovative startups in the areas of low-carbon technologies, circular economy and digitalization for the energy industry when they are at a pre-commercial stage to bring their technological solutions to market. This is an ideal program for startups that are ready for pilot trials with real customers, or startups that will reach this stage in less than 1-2 years.
Techhouse Accelerator is a 16-week accelerator program based in Graz, Austria. During the program, startups and tech teams work with industry partners to solve technical challenges and connect with venture capitalists and investors.
The greenstart accelerator programme is looking for new and innovative business models in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency, mobility, agriculture/bioeconomy, climate change adaptation and their cross-cutting issues.
The call provides EUR 100 million in funding for small projects with an investment of between EUR 2.5 and 7.5 million in the field of renewable energies, energy storage and carbon sequestration. The initiative has a strong focus on innovation and aims to promote pioneering customers. For example, a provider of innovative technology and a customer who wants to buy and implement it can submit an application together.
The Founder Institute is the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator headquartered in Silicon Valley and offshoots in over 200 cities worldwide. Until 21 March, the Founder Institute Switzerland accepts applications from prospective founders for the spring semester 2021.
Middle East Energy is calling on all energy start-ups and SMEs to apply to participate in our new, exciting feature. As the energy industry is a leader in disruptive change, this is an opportunity for SMEs to present their innovations to a panel of industry experts and an audience of potential investors. The ISC3 Innovation Challenge 2020/2021 is aimed at innovators from all over the world who are involved in the development of sustainable chemical solutions related to renewable energies. Five finalists will have access to tailor-made support through the ISC3 Global Start-up Service, as well as pitch training, networking opportunities and visibility via THE ISC3 communication channels.
We are looking for outstanding projects or products that have been incorporated into a global project in the field of renewable energies. The projects must be exemplary for global future applications, unique in their expression and implementation, and must be fully completed between March 2019 and March 2021.
The Smart Renewable Energy category of The smarter E AWARD is particularly suitable for innovative concepts, business models and products in the areas of sector coupling, power-to-X, vehicle-to-grid, digitalization, grid infrastructure and electricity trading.
Do you have a mature product or business idea and/or a first prototype for the East African decentralized renewable energy sector? Individuals and teams who are in the (pre-)founding phase with their mature idea or whose start-up is no more than five years old can apply.
