“Coldbox Store” is a commercial cold storage facility for the storage and distribution of perishable agricultural products. Our pilot cold store is currently located in Odegba, New Market, Enugu State, Nigeria, and is dedicated to the storage and distribution of tomatoes. Tomatoes stored and distributed in cold storage are sourced directly from small farmers, giving them direct access to the market and a longer shelf life.

The Coldbox Store increases the shelf life of tomatoes from less than 48 hours to over 3 weeks. This prevents spoilage of tomatoes and increases their availability. Through cold box storage for tomatoes, we offer a continuous supply of tomatoes to businesses, restaurants, caterers and individuals.
