Electronic waste has recently led to serious health risks. The vast amounts of electronic devices that are used and discarded impact people, animals and the environment. In Nigeria, due to the growing young population, 80% of youth have access to laptops and powerbanks, which contribute to waste generation over time.

Quadloop’s mission is to develop affordable solar lanterns and home systems for rural and peri-urban communities that have less impact on the environment. Our flagship product is made of 70% electronic waste and is designed to provide users with basic lighting with a USB charging option for cell phones.
